This wine has a crisp pale yellow tinge, and the nose of fresh cut grass and lychee is indicative of the elevation of the vineyard. A soft mouth feel and tropical fruit flavours, together with a bright acidity, make a perfectly balanced refreshing Sauvignon Blanc.
