Delivery FAQ's

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery service is 2-3 days at a standard rate of £10.00.

Deliveries are FREE for all orders over £200. 

Our deliveries are fulfilled by a reliable courier service to mainland UK. Your wine will be delivered by Parcel Force.

Minimum Orders

We have a minimum order of 3 bottles as standard.

Damages 

We hope that our bottles arrive in one piece, but we understand that occasionally bottles can unfortunately arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to fix this as soon as possible. 

Please notify us of any damages within 24 hours of their arrival and we will arrange the replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. 

Returns

We hope that you love all the wines you purchase, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please do tell us! You're welcome to return your wines, and exchange them un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days. All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make the original payment.

We understand that sometimes a wine can be faulty and if that is the case, please let us know and we will arrange for the bottles to be collected and a replacement sent as soon as possible.
