Crafted from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon hand picked from the Estate vineyard in Bendigo. Gently pressed to retain all the bright summery berry flavours prior to long cool fermentation.

Winemaking Highlights
Once pressed, the free run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks where the cool temperature helped to maintain the delicious fruit character and the balancing crisp acid. The wine was bottled soon after to maintain the attractive and elegant fruit character.
